The main topic of this paper is the pseudogap phenomena in high-T-c superconductors. The pseudogap, results from the self-energy correction arising from the strong superconducting fluctuations. First, we review this mechanism on the basis of the general theory. Next, the microscopic theory based on the Hubbard model is given. The characteristics of the phenomena including the doping dependence are reproduced. This calculation provides a simultaneous estimation for the spin fluctuations and superconducting fluctuations, and gives an explanation for some normal state properties including magnetic and transport properties.
