摘要
One conventional and two "carbide-free" bainitic steels, consisting of needle or plate shaped bainitic ferrite, retained austenite and possible carbides have been studied by atom probe tomography. These low C containing steels differed in the amounts of Si, Mn and Cr. In all steels carbides with a chemical composition corresponding to cementite were found, although e-carbide would be expected in high Si containing steels. Additionally, Ti-carbides were observed in the conventional bainitic steel. Si and Cr reduced the amount of carbides, but were ineffective in fully suppressing cementite formation.
