摘要
In this paper, a scanning interferometer for measurement of polarization cross-coupling and its distribution in optic circuit of fiber-optic gyroscope is proposed and constructed, and the errors due to misalignment of principal axes of polarization-maintainning fibers and inaccurate rotation angle of Faraday rotation reflective mirrors are analyzed. A fiber spliced with three fiber segments and polarization-maintainning fiber coil are measured. Experimental results agree well with fact.
