摘要
As a symbol of green environmental protection in the new era, low-energy green building has set off a building trend all over the world. Improving the energy efficiency and green environmental protection level of buildings and realizing the sustainable development have become one of the symbols of a powerful country today. This paper introduces the current situation of low-energy green buildings from three aspects: the maturity of low energy building technology system, the expansion of popularization scope and the continuous improvement of building energy efficiency. and points out the problems of limited concept popularization and slow technology development in China. Also, it introduces the development direction of three new low-energy green building technology, namely HTWD wall technology, vacuum insulated panel and waterproofing membrane for photovoltaic power generation. Finally, it is suggested that foreign technology should be introduced to promote the domestic low-energy construction industry market, and the concept of green and low energy consumption should be adopted for development.
