摘要:
The rational project selection and costs allocation is important to equipment development. And it becomes a new trend of developing the national defense today. This paper analyzes some irrational conclusions in project evaluation, which are due to evaluation index system regarding subsystems as paratactic. Then, synthetic method of variable weight is applied and improved to enhance the rationality of equipment development project selection. Finally, this paper proves its advantage with a typical example.
