摘要：

In order to find the motive, equilibrium and goal in the cooperation in industrial cluster network supply chain, the co-competition model is proposed based on game theory. Then its operation and the balanced condition are analyzed. The collaborate space between the networks in the same supply-chain is vast, while the competitive space betcveen the networks in different parallel supply chain is vast and hard to cooperate.
