Analysis of dichlorobenzenes in urine using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry

摘要
o, m, p-Dichlorobenzenes were extracted by head space solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME). Dichlorobenzenes in the urine sealed in 12 mL glass vial were absorbed by 100 mu m polydimethylsiloxane fiber for 15 min at 30 degrees C. p-Xylene-d(10) was used as an internal standard. The molecular ion at m/z 146 for dichlorobenzenes and the one at mit 116 for the internal standard were selected for quantitation. Each compound was detectable at least 0.01 mg/L in urine. The method was simple and accurate for the determination of dichlorobenzenes in poisoning urine.
