摘要：
In this paper triangular shaped stubs integrated circular patch with square slot antenna is proposed. The square ring slot in the patch have been used to improve the impedance bandwidth. The patch geometry and the slot are able to excite the orthogonal modes, in order to achieve Circular Polarization (3dB axial ratio). The proposed antenna offers for impedance-bandwidth of 6.38-6.58 GHz (200 MHz).The antenna is having 3-dB axial-ratio bandwidth of 190 MHz in frequency range 6.47-6.66 GHz suitable for wireless communication.
