With the development of modem business system, the enterprise crisis which caused by business ethics is getting more and more frequent. According to the two sections theory on enterprise crisis, this article unifies business ethics and enterprise crisis to construct a model for crisis management on the basis of business ethics. Two questions are discussed: finding out the agent that induced enterprise crisis from the view of business ethics; discussing how enterprise may carry on crisis management based on business ethics. Suggestions are put forward for the enterprise crisis in the light of business ethics construction.
