摘要
The development of marine industry can promote the development of related industries and create high economic value for the society, therefore, it's of great significance for the development of our country to develop the marine industry and improve the international competitiveness of the marine industry. This paper carries out studies on the analysis and evaluation of the international competitiveness of China's state-owned technology enterprises in the marine industry, and constructs an evaluation indicator system for the international competitiveness of the marine industry. In this paper, the factor analysis method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the international competitiveness of the marine industry in China, Japan and the United States. The research results show that the overall international competitiveness of China's state-owned technology enterprises is relatively weak, ranking the fifth in the list, and the top three being Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom. China's state-owned technology enterprises should enhance their international competitiveness from three aspects: enhancing marine science and technology, optimizing the structure of the marine industry, and strengthening the management of the marine industry. This study has practical significance for improving the international competitiveness of China's state-owned technology enterprises in marine industry and promoting the development of marine industry.
