摘要
Proof-of-principle studies were carried out to assess the diagnostic potential of auto fluorescence and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy for discriminating between malignant and non-malignant breast tissues, ex vivo. Auto fluorescence spectra at excitation wavelengths of 300,320 and 340 mn were found to be most effective in differentiating malignant (13) from non-malignant tissues (25) in this pilot investigation.
