摘要：
The objective of this research is to design and construction of vacuum coating. The vacuum coating consists of 4 main parts; namely, a stainless steel vacuum chamber, vacuum pump system, coating part and control system parts. The results of vacuum coating system are; vacuum coating can be reduced pressure in chamber to 9.0x10(-6) mbar, the aluminium films from the coating system coated on glass give very bright color of those metals and good films adhesion.
