摘要：
Although South American camelids are born immunocompetent, there is strong clinical evidence that immunodeficiency could result in diseases both in the young and adult animal. The aim of this paper is to review the mechanisms of primary and secondary immunodeficiency, methods of diagnosis and treatment.
