摘要
The effect of confinement on the surface structure of thin polymer films is investigated by specular and diffuse X-ray scattering. It will be shown to what extent information of the film surfaces and the substrate/film interactions can be obtained. In the case of polymer and liquid films predictions for correlation functions exist which may be quantitatively compared with scattering data. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
