摘要
Functional hollow CS-PAA-Au-hybrid nanosp eres are prepare in aqueous solution via a one-pot route. These hollow hybrid nanospheres cannot only act as drug carriers for intracellular and intranuclear drug delivery, but also act as a contrast agent in cancer-cell imaging, and light up the nucleus. This results in a nanosphere that can execute tumor-cell. imaging and anticancer drug delivery at the same time.
