摘要
A 6-month analysis of the acceptability and use patterns of emergency contraception (EC) among young women found that, although pharmacy access (vs clinic access) did not improve the frequency, promptness or convenience of EC use in the sample overall, it did increase use among condom users. Reasons for nonuse included inconvenience, fear of side effects, and unavailability of EC when needed.
