摘要
Radiocaesium sorption by clays reduces its mobility in soil, and its entry into the human food chain. Consequently Cs bioavailability is high far organic soils. Cs sorption by clay suspensions in the presence of humic substance, and the extraction of organic matter from a soil clay show that organic matter decreases the selectivity and the number of the sorption sites. This work also illustrates the limitation of simple model systems used in environmental research.
