摘要：

Agricultural production means market is the life line of circulation system of rural market. Whether the agricultural production means market is orderly or not, has direct bearing on vital interests of farmers. Nowadays, under the conditions of plurism of subjects of agricultural production means market, diversification of circulating modes and low degree of circulating level, whether the market circulation of agricultural production means in China, which is still positioned in primitive state of market, can stand the test of transitional period upon acceding into the WTO, is still an issue worthy of high concern.
