摘要
High-speed dry bobbing is a high efficiency green technology in gear manufacturing developed in recent years, which has overcome the disadvantages of traditional gear machining including low productive efficiency, high productive costs, polluting environment and being harmful to workers' health etc. Based on the principium of Metal Cutting, Heat Transfer and Hobbing. This paper builds the cutting temperature model of high-speed dry bobbing, which finite element analysis (FEA) analyzes the cutting temperature field of bobbing, in terms of high-speed dry flying cutter cutting simulates the bobbing process and analyzes synthetically the varying relation of cutting temperature and machining parameter in high-speed dry bobbing.
