摘要
The aim of our preliminary study was to evaluate influence of neonicotinoids on physiological parameters of mouse preimplantation embryos. Neonicotinoids, which were developed in the 1990s, are a class of neuroactive insecticides chemically related to nicotine. Until recently, they were the most widely used insecticides, because they showed reduced toxicity compared to previously used organophosphate and carbamate insecticides according to their selective toxicity. We have analysed the influence of 4 neonicotinoids (Thiamethoxam, Clothianidin, Acetamiprid and Thiacloprid) at various concentrations (1 - 1000 mu M) on developmental and qualitative parameters of mouse preimplantation embryos cultured in vitro from 2-cells stage to the blastocysts stage. Our preliminary data indicated that the treatment of embryos with chemicals at concentration 1000 mu M during preimplantation period had negative effect on embryo developmental abilities in the case of all used neonicotinoids.
