摘要：

Regioselective synthesis of some triazole derivatives 4-18 was achieved from the versatile, readily accessible 4-phenyl-5-(quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thialithione 3. The structures of the newly synthesized products were confirmed and characterized by IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, and mass spectral studies. Most of the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antitumor and antioxidant activities and demonstrated potent to weak activities.
