摘要:
The ceramic powders of La0.1Ca0.9Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 were prepared via a sol-gel auto-combustion method. Green compacts of the powders were sintered to densities higher than 94.3% of theoretical at the lower temperature (1350 degrees C). The obtained ceramics showed a single-phase of orthorhombic perovskite. The conduction properties of the sample were systematically investigated by employing the techniques of AC impedance at 500-800 degrees C. It was found that the La0.1Ca0.9Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 ceramic showed relatively high conductivity (sigma(800 degrees C) = 4.6 x 10(-4) S cm(-1)), and the conductivity increased with the increase in sintering temperature.
