摘要
Are certain forms of leadership behavior systematically related to altruistic behavior at the workplace? Leadership behavior was measured both by self-assessment of the group leaders and by a leadership questionnaire on which group members assessed their leadership. The hypothesis was that consideration as leadership style promotes helpfulness. Results indicated that leadership which is characterized by friendly affection and activity was positively related to organizational spontaneity in project groups.
