摘要
A new type of concrete-filled steel tubular joints is proposed in the paper. By experiments of vertical static loading, reversed cyclic loading and tests on site, the load-bearing capacity, the failure pattern and the structural behaviors of the joints are discussed. Test results show that the joints presented in this paper have many advantages such as high ductility, easily design and construction. The joints have been applied to a 28-story tall building and have great economic and social benefits.
