摘要
Les chalcones sont des intermediaires importants en synthese organique et elles presentent un grand nombre d'activites biologiques diverses. On a realise la synthese de chalcones avec des rendements eleves, par le biais d'une condensation de Claisen-Schmidt d'acetophenones substituees avec divers aldehydes aromatiques, en presence de 10 moles % d'iode, a la temperature ambiante, par simple broyage dans des conditions sans solvant.
