摘要
The probabilistic fracture mechanical procedures have been developed for the case of radiation embrittlement of nuclear reactor pressure vessel welds, as well as for elastic-plastic circumstance as it is the case of oil pipelines. The proposed risk-based pipeline assessment procedure may be used for a more efficient inspection, and a better repair and maintenance program. The probabilistic fracture mechanical evaluation of the BWR vessel was performed as part of the development of Risk Informed In-service Inspection Program, adopted for the nuclear power plant "Laguna Verde" in 2001.
