THE SCIENCE OF CIVIL LAW AS THE SUBJECT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Introduction: in article the task is set to determine the place of science of civil law in system of scientific knowledge, to give definition to civil law as a subject of scientific knowledge, to allocate the principles of carrying out scientific researches in the field of the civil law. Purpose: to reason for understanding of science of civil law as a subject of scientific research. Results: need of introduction in scientific turnover of concept of a science of science of civil law is proved by the author, definition is given to science of civil law, the principles of carrying out civil researches are formulated. Conclusions: the author approves need for any civil research of detection of regularities of development of civil regulation of the public relations. She sees the purpose of scientific developments in the field of the civil law in development of the offers promoting the most complete requirements satisfaction of citizens - participants of civil circulation. The author claims that civil researches shall rely on traditions of domestic civil regulation and promote effective development of national economy.
