摘要
In order to investigate the mechanism of the enzymes in soda-chemimechanical pulping of wheat straw, the dioxane lignin of wheat straw by xylanase pretreatment was analyzed by C-13-NMR,H-1-NMR and 2D-HMQC NMR Spectroscopy, respectively. The analysis results indicated that pretreatment of wheat straw with xylanase led to increase of -OH and OCH3; Wheat straw was activated due to breaking off covalent bond, and xylan from the lignin-carbohydrate-complexes (LCC) was partially degraded and removed by attack of enzyme to lignin-carbohydrate linkages such as ether or glycoside linkages. High-resolution 2D-HMQC NMR technique was found to be a powerful analytical technique for studies on lignin structure.
