摘要
? Direct administration of agents to bypass the BBB include implantable controlled-release polymer systems, intracavitary drug delivery, direct injection of viral vectors, and convection-enhanced delivery (CED). ? CED uses direct pump-mediated continuous infusion into the tumor bed or tumor adjacent brain, circumventing the BBB. This approach has shown promising results with infusion of immunotoxins,
