摘要：

The sound velocity V-s is measured to investigate the relation between the recently observed long-range magnetic order and superconductivity in La2CuO4+delta, which reportedly appear in the same temperature range. The sharp minimum of V-s for the longitudinal C-11 mode is observed around T-c similar to 36 K. This anomaly appears at the same temperature when the superconductivity is suppressed by the magnetic field. This result indicates that the anomalous change of V-s accompanies the appearance not of the superconductivity but of the magnetic order. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
