摘要
A digitized inspecting technique based on reverse engineering and its application workflow are put forward for measuring the complex part. It is studied on the key technologies, such as a synthetic method of spot cloud data processing based on Uniformly Sampling and Chordal Deviation Sampling, alignment with spot-cloud and CAD model of the part taking the three datum-planes as reference feature. The fabricating errors of casting part with complex structure is inspected fleetly and accurately by means of this technique. The technique can be proved as a new computer aided inspecting (CAI) technology, which can be used to solve the technical bottleneck for measuring complex part. The precision and the speed of digitized inspection are observably improved, furthermore, it is more significant for realization of automated, flexible,and digitlzed inspecting approach.
