摘要：

It is necessary to assess fair value of biological scientifically and rationally, functioning as a foundation of the follow-up measurement. In this paper, the method of AHP is applied to assess the value of biological assets, whose evaluation results can reflect the economic value, ecological value and social value of biological assets more completely. Because biological assets have many kinds and distinct features, therefore, in the specific evaluation process evaluation indicators used are different, in this paper, consumption of forest category is taken as an example of biological assets, assessment system of the biological assets is established, and the questions of its follow-up measurement is studied.
