摘要
This paper investigated the drug release mechanism of dual drugs-loaded liposome-in-gel (LG) containing sinomenine hydrochloride (S) and paeonol (P). Dual drugs-loaded liposome-in-gel (SPLG) were prepared which embodied S and P by injection method. The UV-dual wavelength method was built to determinate content of the two drugs in LG simultaneously. The properties of liposome (L) and gel (G) were evaluated by potential and particle size, encapsulation efficiency, TEM, etc. The diffusion mechanism from LG was estimated by the simulated experiments in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo. The results indicated that SPLG is nonirritant, has good biocompatibility and synergistic effect on sustained release of S and P. The compound preparation we conducted was a novel carrier to deliver the two drugs at the same time via transdermal administration as a potential method for patients with inflammatory problems.
