摘要
The aim of the present work was to study the influence of the deacidification by solvent extraction on partition coefficients of carotenoids and tocopherols, by measuring the equilibrium data for the system palm oil + fatty acids + ethanol + water + nutraceutical compounds at 318.2 K. Partition coefficients of carotenoids and tocopherols were also correlated by the UNIQUAC model. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
