摘要
Polyethylene glycol terephthalate/polyethylene glycol(poly tetramethylene glycol)/Montmorillonite intercalated Mock copolymers, PET/PEG(PTMG)/MMT, were synthesized with different mass fractions and molecular weights of PEG. The dispersion of MMT in copolymer matrixes and the influence of PEG or PTMG on the crystallization behavior of PET/MMT were studied. It was revealed that MMT layers were dispersed at nano-scale in PET/PEG matrixes. PEG or PTMG segments improved the flexibility of PET molecular chain, resulting in the decrease of the cold crystallization temperature of the intercalated block copolymers and the increase of the melt crystallization temperature. It meant that the crystallization rate bf PET/PEG/MMT was faster than that of PET/MMT. Among the copolymers we synthesized, PEG-2000(mass fraction: 6%) had the best promoting effect on the crystallization rate of PET/MMT.
