摘要
Multilayer cloud system, such as density cirrus, thin cirrus cloud overlaying a low-level water cloud and density water cloud was detected by using bispectral methods that scatter plot of the near-infrared 1.6 mum channel reflectance and the 11 mum brightness temperatures and brightness temperature difference between 3.75 mum and 11 mum channel data from FY-1D and NOAA. Results show that the methods have a promising facility for identifying areas containing typical multilayer cloud system by multi channel data.
