摘要
E-commerce is a successful mode of business for enterprises to increase their benefits nowadays. And the applications of regional business to consumers (B2C) E-commerce will bring hopes for regional government and regional enterprises to enhance more economic benefits. This paper mainly describes the definitions of regional B2C E-commerce and analyzes the advantages of regional B2C E-commerce firstly. Secondly, supply chain management (SCM) based on E-commerce is studied in detail, and the problems appeared in supply chain are discussed. Thirdly, this paper summarizes three types of B2C E-commerce and supposes a basic structure of regional B2C E-commerce. Finally, we analyze the strategy of regional B2C E-commerce through the SWOT technology, and put forward a strategic choice for regional enterprises.
