Non-uniqueness and linear stability of the one-dimensional flow of multiple viscoelastic fluids

摘要
In the present paper we study the Couette and Poiseuille flows of multiple viscoelastic fluids for various constitutive laws. We first discuss the range of parameters that ensure uniqueness for such flows. Then, we study the linear stability of the Couette flow for the Phan-Thien Tanner and modified Phan-Thien Tanner models.
