The CALICE collaboration develops calorimeters designed for the particle flow concept. In this context, data were taken at the CERN test-beam in the years 2006 and 2007. A fun Calorimeter system prototype, including an electromagnetic Calorimeter, an analog hadronic calorimeter and a "tail-catcher and moon tracker" was tested. This text comprises preliminary results obtained in a diverse set of studies focusing on the analog hadronic calorimeter. The response to electromagnetic showers is used to benchmark the reconstruction procedure. A first comparisons between hadron data and Monte Carlo simulation is shown. Furthermore, the results from two studies based on the high granularity of the detector are presented. In the first study, the depth of the first interaction is measured and used to predict and correct for longitudinal leakage. In the second, the efficiency of a particle flow like energy measurement for nearby showers is determined.
