摘要
This contribution intends to give a tool to network operator to evaluate the need of protection against transient overvoltages due to flashes to and nearby the power lines connected to a structure in order to ensure the quality of the supplied electric service. The proposed method is based on the risk for persons as well as for electrical and electronic systems in the served structure, evaluated according to the standard lEC 62305-2.
