摘要
Human resource is the source of China's commercial banks to maintain their competitive advantages and to cultivate core competitiveness. However, how to scientifically evaluate the effect of human resource management is the key to maintain advantages in human resource. First, this article puts forward principles to select performance evaluation indicator of human resource management of commercial banks, and then establishes a scientific and systematic performance evaluation index of human resource management of commercial banks, which can provide a certain basis for the problems of commercial banks and promote domestic commercial banks to perfect and improve human resource management comprehensively, directionally and intentionally.
