摘要：

The identification and evaluation of female urethral diverticula are challenging. Suspicion of a urethral diverticulum and appropriate radiologic imaging are critical steps in establishing the diagnosis. Surgical management with precise reconstruction and adherence to surgical principles can be performed to eradicate the diverticulum and pelvic symptoms.
