摘要
Perceived fit means individuals' subjective assessments of the match between their own characteristics and those of the job and organization. This thesis review the development of perceived person-organization and person-job fit theory's application in recent researches and discuss it at two stages: pre-entry and post-entry into organization. And this thesis review studies on application of perceived fit in four human resources management processes: job seeker's perceived fit and its functions on job choice decisions; recruiters' perceived applicant fit and their hiring decisions; employees' perceptions of fit and its functions on work outcomes; the impact of socialization on Employees' perceptions of fit. Furthermore, considerations for future research are discussed.
