摘要
In this paper, a five degrees of freedom(five-axis), high-precision, large-load sample detection device is designed. The EtherCAT fieldbus is used to control the motion of the whole device. The control architecture is simple, and the control real-time, synchronization and accuracy are improved. Each axis adopts a resolver and high-precision HEIDENHAIN absolute encoder for full-closed loop control, which improves the accuracy of the device; The two rotation parts are driven by two motors synchronously, which not only meets the driving force requirements under large load conditions, but also improves the Space utilization of the device; Labview is used to compile the PC software interface for remote control. The touch screen and handle are placed around the device for short-range control and fine-tuning alignment, which improves the convenience and flexibility of the device.
