摘要：

The synthesis of heterocycles by the radical cyclisation method was performed. The use of radical generating reagents are contrasted with Bu3SnH in the synthesis of biologically important γlactams using cyclisation of enamides. H-bonding was used to obtain moderate stereocontrol in 5-exo cyclisations for the synthesis of enantiopure 3-alkyl and 2, 3-dialkylpyrrolidines.
