摘要
Based on an analysis of the economic status of the ICT industry, we will peruse the present status and future developments of microelectronicsfrom "more Moore" to" beyond Moore". On the threshold of new computing paradigms we will look at emerging technologies, progressively important areas as communication and sensor technology as well as the arising challenges and problems.
