摘要
We model the capabilities of several commercially available microelectromechanical deformable mirrors to compensate for the typical optical wavefront aberrations that occur in the human eye. The simulations include the nonlinear effects of actuator clipping, ocular pupil diameter, beam diameter on the mirror and the number of mirror modes. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
