摘要
A two-dimensional scanning optical phased array can easily achieve a circular scanning range of 51.84 degrees, 81.6% emission efficiency and 29.7dB back suppression ratio at 1550nm by adopting a high contrast grating (HCG) optical antenna. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
