摘要
No chemical admixture self-consolidating grout with high percentage Portland cement replacement with Type-F fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) has a potential for a robust and sustainable commercial application. This paper reports on mix design refinement where the parameters of cementitious materials percentages and water to cementitious material ratio were varied. The parameter of Portland cement replacement of 70% replacement was kept constant. These parameters were varied in attempt to increase initial compression strengths while maintaining slump flow characteristics. The cementitious materials varied from 17.5% to 25% Type-F fly ash and 45% to 52.5% GGBS with 30% Portland cement. The water to cementitious materials ratio varied from 1.2 to 1.375. Results indicate that 56 day grout compressions strengths above 2000 psi (13.8 MPa) can be achieved, for a mix design of 63% Portland cement replacement with 23% Type-F fly ash and 40% GGBS.
