摘要
To solve the problem that the Mass-to-Drag Ratio of the reentry target can't be extracted stably, a recognition method based on the height when the velocity of reentry target declines is proposed. The method extracts the height when the velocity of reentry target declines, because the air resistance on the light and heavy target is different. Then these two kinds of target with different Mass-to-Drag Ratio can be distinguished. Simulation examples show that the proposed feature is easier and more intuitive than the Mass-to-Drag Ratio, and it is verified to be a stable and valid characteristic.
